The Enclave…where residents become neighbors and neighbors become friends.

Our 55+ friendly community is located in the gentle country side of Upper Makefield Township just north of Newtown, Bucks County, PA. Situated between Philadelphia and Princeton, we’re ideally placed for easy and convenient access to airports, rail transportation and I-95, yet remain surrounded by luscious greenery. We also enjoy convenient access to eclectic New Hope, bustling Peddlers Village, the county seat of Doylestown and multiple local wineries.

With fewer than 100 families, our community feels like a small village where everyone knows your name and always says hello to you, and to your pets, as they pass by on our one-mile walking and jogging path. We have many social groups covering activities such as golf, cards, books, movies, biking and sampling the fine collection of local restaurants!
